Just a reminder for anyone using rubbermaid, NO NOT put in freezer. Rubbermaid products crack when put in the freezer. It can get very expensive having to replace the containers.

    Fred,
Thanks for the feedback. I completely agree with your comment. We should do a much better job of providing detailed and accurate product information that will aid you, our customer, with the information they need.
We’ve been aware of this problem for a while and are working to address. Believe it or not, our current online product catalog is much better than it was 6-9 months ago.
Thank you for your comment. We’ll try even harder to make your online experience better.

How frustrating to visit the Rubbermaid web site and try to find out any dimensions! Terms such as 26 quarts, etc. are mostly meaningless when you are trying to come up with solutions to fitting containers into existing cubbyholes.

    Thanks for the feedback Chris.
The Rubbermaid.com website does actually have a few online design tools. We have one for our FastTrack products and three tools for various closet products. Below are the links.

It would be great if you had organization tools like the one that I found on http://www.TheGaraganizer.com. This tool lets you make a scale model of your garage walls and then it allows you to try different organization solutions. it is great to see what your garage looks like cleaned up before you even start your project. It gave me motivation to buy FastTrack hooks and accessories and clean up my garage! I am going to do my Laundry Room and Basement next!
If you had these types of tools on you web site it would be easier to decide what I need to buy for my projects. Like the old saying goes… A picture is worth a thousand words!
