Calling All Bloggers to TakeAlong a Fun Lunch

Sorry all our samples were used for this project ๐Ÿ™

Hey all you fabulous bloggers out there,

Jim, Lauren and I have got some great news…we're looking for bloggers to write about how to TakeAlong Fun Lunch-1 copy

We are going to be sending samples of our new and improved TakeAlong food storage containers and new Blue Ice Fun Shapes.

New TA TakeAlongs and Blue Ice Fun Shapes are a great addition to packing a perfect lunch. As your kids head off to school and you off to work, pack a favorite sandwich or snack in a TakeAlong to keep it from getting smuched and crunched. Keep a juice box, sandwich or cheese stick cool with a Fun Shape. Monkey

Try out these two products and see how they help with packing lunches (maybe you can even share your favorite on-the-go lunch recipe)!

So what is the catch? We only have 25 samples to send out to bloggers (this includes the opiton to hold a giveaway on your blog and giveaway one to your readers also). How can we choose only 25 of you? Leave a comment on this blog post with a link to your web site. You have until August 28th at midnight to enter. We will randomly draw 25 of you from the comments!

I do have to say that if you are choosen as one of the 25 bloggers there is NO OBLIGATION to write about the products. There is also no obligation to write a good review. If you hate them, please tell us (we don't think you will…they're pretty cool products).

So there you go. You have until August 28th at midnight to leave a comment on this post with your blog url and a way for us to contact you (and a note if you want. We love notes!). We will choose 25 bloggers the following week and get in touch with you.

We actually have not started to sell them in Canada but that will happen very soon. You should be able to find them in a month or two at stores that sell our other Blue Ice products.

I have heard so much about these fun shapes (blue ice) for kids’ lunches. So far, I haven’t been able to find them in Canada. Would you have any knowledge as to – IF they’re available yet, in Canada, and if so, where? Have been searching stores, internet, etc…. would love to find them for picky kids’ lunchboxes.
Thanks so much for any information you can provide.

Ya know, I definitely interested in your shareage plan for my blog posting. The more you send, the more I share. I’d be up for a full 3rd grade classroom evaluation to partner with my NAPO In The School presentation.

I would love to be involved in this project! The last time I did a Rubbermaid giveaway, I sent my readers to the Adventures in Organizing site and asked them give feedback. They were stunned at the amount of helpful information they found on the site. I wasn’t surprised to hear their glowing feedback! I know that my readers would LOVE the products featured in your Take Along a Fun Lunch giveaway. Please put my name in the hat! My blog:

My oldest daughter started kindergarten this year, so these would be “awesome” (as she says) to try out for her lunches, and I’ll give them a try, as well, when I “brown bag it.”

I would love to have a chance at this giveaway. This easily fits into the theme of my blog!

I am very interested. I have an 8 and 9 year old that would think these are the best! My 3 year old would love them as well. Thanks for the chance!

  16. Kellie August 18, 2009 at 10:58 am #

Oh yes, I am definitely interested in trying these out! My second grader has decided she wants to take her lunch every day this year instead of eating in the cafeteria, and I don’t blame her–the school lunches are gross and not very healthy.

    The fun shapes look great!

I pack me and my husband lunch almost every morning and would love to move away from the baggie! Can’t wait to see the new ideas!

  19. Jen August 18, 2009 at 9:48 am #

I am big at sending lunch with my kids…school lunches are not very healthy. Always looking for better reusable ways to send their lunch and keep it the right temp.

  20. Emily August 18, 2009 at 9:43 am #

    Sounds great!

  21. Just hooked up with a Mommy blogger who is going to guest post monthly on my blog Need Another You, Tools to Simplify Your Life When You Can’t Do It All. Her daughter starts pre-school for the first time next week. I’d love to send her a set to review on my blog. Thanks!

  22. Debie August 18, 2009 at 8:21 am #

With a son in high school who still likes to pack his lunch, this is a different perspective for you to find out about! Thanks!

  23. Ellen August 18, 2009 at 8:01 am #

Adorable as well as earth friendly! Yeh! Hugs and happy organizing!

  24. Theo August 18, 2009 at 7:56 am #

    Very interested! Thank you!

  25. Kari August 18, 2009 at 7:51 am #

With four kids in school, it definitely helps us financially to send their own lunches with them instead of buying at school everyday. I would love to try out the TakeAlong containers and ice pack. Thanks.

  26. Dannie Jaeger August 18, 2009 at 7:49 am #

Sounds great! I pack 4 lunches everyday and these would spice them up a bit! Thank you! I also avoid using zip locks for everyday lunches…We like to reuse.

  27. Emilie August 17, 2009 at 12:36 pm #

    Would love to try these!

  28. August 17, 2009 at 11:53 am #

I would love to try them out and share them with my readers! We love avoiding using ziploc bags all the time so this would be a great way to do it.

  29. Jen@Sunshine4Teachers August 17, 2009 at 8:41 am #

These look like a great way to send a little snack with to school without using a new ziploc baggie every time. I’m trying to use more washables this year versus throw-away-ables ๐Ÿ™‚ Would love a sample!

  30. Daleene August 17, 2009 at 12:46 am #

This would be great for back to school!

  31. steph August 17, 2009 at 12:06 am #

    I’d love it !!

  32. LisaB. August 16, 2009 at 11:23 pm #

  34. AJ August 16, 2009 at 7:03 pm #

I would love to try the new TakeAlong containers – I love Rubbermaid! ๐Ÿ™‚ And I am always looking for a new way to get my lunch from home to work in one peice!

  35. Jamie August 15, 2009 at 10:49 pm #

Too cute! These would definitely come in handy – as the library media specialist at an elementary school with NO cafeteria and the mom of a preschooler in a DIFFERENT pre-k setting with no cafeteria – help us!! Haha! ๐Ÿ™‚

  36. Shelly August 15, 2009 at 6:47 pm #

I would love to try this

  37. Cara Mirabella August 14, 2009 at 6:06 pm #
