Two years ago, I purchased a handmade coffee mug at The Festival In The Park which is a little Arts / Crafts fair in my neighborhood. I love things made by local vendors and I thought it was a beautiful piece of art that would be a nice addition to start my morning.
I realized that while I am pretty consistent about using it for coffee, I never use it for tea. I have tea a few times a week, and I always reach for one of the disposable cups. I decided that today it stops! I caught myself walking to the kitchen this afternoon and instead made the decision to just turn around and get the reusable mug.
What things could we just simply turnaround for versus always choosing the fast / convenient option?
