True confessions here....I can't figure out how those "slide n' stack" baskets work from the pictures. They just look like regular baskets without lids. And even though they are called "slide AND stack" it appears that they only do one OR the other but not both. Do they slide on a track or do they slide on top of another basket? Is there a demonstration video somewhere?? I haven't found any yet. I am so confused, but waiting and wanting to be impressed! Thanks :)

Hi Melissa. The Slide & Stacks are a system of baskets. You are correct that they either do one or the other. The smaller ones like I included in the blog stack on top of the sliding ones. The sliding ones include a track and needed to be affixed to your bottom cabinet with a screw. I have included a link to show you and there are a few additional images available.

With whom can I discuss a new product idea? It will revolutionize the way we use trash cans.

Matthew,
How cool that you are an inventor! Thanks for your message and for thinking of us. We are only able to review new product ideas unless they are patented, a published patent application is pending, or the product is publicly available.
If the product meets one of the 3 above criteria, please contact karen.kaplan@newellco.com to submit with the following info for evaluation:
• description (with images) of the invention
• copy of the patent/application

Ms. Spahr,
My wife and I have a patent pending on a new product we think rubbermaid would be very interested in. The prototype is being created now. What steps should we take to introduce it to you? We'd like to find out if rubbermaid would be interested in producing/selling the product. Any information would be helpful.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
